Ecoregion: an area with similar enviromental conditions, such as climate, landofrms, and soil

 

Ecosystem: a system of a group of organisms that interact with their enviorment

 

Wetlands: land with swamps, marshes, and bogs

 

Transition zone: an area where one region's characteristic's gradually change into another

 

Urban sprawl: the expantion of urban areas; development around a city 

 

Urbanization: changing land from rural to urban use
